No. Your request is first reviewed by our team. You will be notified (e-mail if provided, and on your appointment page) as soon as it is approved or if we propose another time.
Is the AI assistant a real diagnosis?
No. It only suggests possible causes to help you understand what may be happening. Only a technician who inspects the device can give a real diagnosis.
Can I follow my repair?
Yes. Once your device is registered you receive a receipt with a QR code that opens your repair status page.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
